is Reiki?
Reiki
is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and
relaxation that also promotes healing. It is
beneficial in all levels: physically, spiritually,
mentally and emotionally.
Is
Reiki a Religion?
No
it is not a religion. It has no dogma.
Where
does it originate from?
A
Japanese man named Miko Usui created Reiki around
the turn of the 20th century.
Can
Reiki cause harm?
Reiki
can never cause harm, because it is guided by
God's consciousness, and knows what the person
needs, and will adjust itself to create an effect
that is appropriate.

How
can you learn Reiki?
Reiki
is taught in three levels or degrees.
In
the first degree training, the connection to the
Universal Life Force Energy is made and the
student is trained to treat themselves as well as
others. The first degree training can be learned
in a day.
The
essence of the training consists of an energy
"attunement," this Reiki attunement is a
powerful spiritual experience for most people.
The
ability is transferred to the students from the
Master teacher. The Rei or God's consciousness makes adjustment in the students chakras and
energy pathways to accommodate the ability to
channel Reiki and then channel the students to the
Reiki source. These changes are unique for each
individual.
The
Second Level training brings the student to a
deeper understanding on the system, teaching them
to use the sacred Reiki symbol for their physical,
mental, and emotional well-being. It is also
teaching them how to send Reiki remotely.
The
Third Degree is an advanced Reiki training. You
will learn advanced techniques for using Reiki to
solve problems and achieve goals. It is an
apprenticeship to teach Reiki. It is a step to
learn Master Teacher Training.
